Tickets are available from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at C&C Electric, 2430 Line Avenue, and at all gardens on the tour through close, for $13. Raffle tickets for a beautiful water feature are also available for $2 each. The raffle prize can be seen at the garden of Howard and Sarah Scott, 2300 Creswell Avenue, also the location of a red tag sale of vintage and unique garden items.
Addresses and a map are on the back of each ticket and you are free to choose your course, whether driving or biking. You’ll find treats and surprises all along the way, including tastes of the new restaurant, Twine, at the garden of John and Jodie Gharbi, 833 Prospect Street, homemade Neiman Marcus cookies at the garden of Steve and Jean Kemp, 1045 Dalzell Street, free pass-along plants (supplies are limited) at two gardens, and live music by two of the best jazz trios around.
