An angel awaits in the garden of Howard & Sarah Scott during Highland Blooms! The Highland Experience II, on May 19.
Advance tickets are available online and at C&C Electric, 2430 Line Avenue, for only $10. They will be available the day of the event from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at C&C Electric, and at all gardens on the tour, for $13.
